TOOLS & TEMPLATES.

We currently have an airmail envelope template which is suitable for printing both UK size DL airmail envelopes (218 x 110mm) and US airmail envelopes (of size 4.125" x 9½").

It contains a set of three templates because the letters are normally sent in packets of three.  However, you can use just one if you prefer.  You should copy the recipient names & addresses in your letters to the clipboard and paste them into the envelope templates, changing the font &c as required.  Then place up to three airmail envelopes in your printer and print them out.

If you have difficulty obtaining UK size DL airmail envelopes, you can use ordinary DL envelopes and attach airmail stickers to the top LH corners.  However, you will have to pay extra postage if the package weighs more than 10 grammes - so use a lightweight envelope if possible.
